Julie Biffle

I am Julie Biffle, a Clinical Psychotherapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor who enjoys therapy sessions with children, teens, and adults with traumatic attachment issues. At Life Stages Counseling, individual and couples therapy is provided to work on stuck points, emotional wounds, working through feeling hopeless or sense of being overwhelmed. Many of my clients struggle with managing anxiety, depression, work/life balance, relationships, personality disorders, complex traumas, and grief/loss to give you generalized snapshot.

My direct and humanistic/empathic style of therapy tends to be most helpful to clients who are first responders, military veterans and their families, and those in substance use recovery. Therapy is about showing up for yourself. You decide what thoughts, feelings, and life experiences you want to explore. I am here to support you during your unique journey of self-discovery. I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy approaches the most, but have use other supportive approaches such as Hypnotherapy ACT, IFS, CPT, or Trauma Focused CBT.

As a military veteran myself, and with most of my family having served or continuing to serve in the military, these experiences inspired me to become a Psychotherapist. I have been in this field of work since 2014 and find this work to be incredibly rewarding. I graduated from Walden University with my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling and admit clients continue to teach me new things. This keeps me humble and grateful.

Ready to begin our journey together? Why wait another day. Fill out a contact form and I will reach out to follow up. I respond to all communication in one business day. I look forward to connecting with you.
